Before she would take a single client, Monica set one rule for herself: be excellent first. "If I don't do a good job, I won't do the business," she says. So she traveled—to Vietnam, then Georgia—to train in the head spa technique under different teachers and learn various methods. Then she flew her trainer to Hamilton three separate times to train her entire team to the same standard. Only then did Majestic 1 Head Spa open its doors.

Ask Monica why, and she'll tell you head spa is more than relaxation — it's health. Modern life collects in the neck and shoulders: long hours at a desk, days spent looking down at a phone, the constant work of caring for everyone else. That tension builds into headaches and exhaustion. Monica knows it personally — she has eased her own headaches the same way she eases her clients'. Releasing that tension improves circulation and lets the whole body finally rest.

Each visit begins with Monica examining your scalp with you — a quiet moment of discovery where most guests learn something about their hair and skin they never knew. Then the treatment begins, with tea, coffee, or a mocktail in hand, and nothing asked of you but to let go.

Monica would rather welcome five guests a day, beautifully, than fifteen in a hurry. Her philosophy fits the name on the door: every guest is treated like a queen or a king.
